A really great museum dedicated to the currencies. They have a collection starting from as old as 4th century BC. The people were quite helpful and the place was also really nicely decorated and clean. You get to see currencies from other countries as well as use the digital reader to read about them. You can also get a Note made with your picture. A must visit place I'd say, the best thing about it is the environment is not crowded or noisy.

Really a great museum for currency. It is exactly beside the kidney foundation. There you can see the revolution of currency. You can watch different types of currency in the past. Their security system is really awesome. There also a canteen, you can try it.

People can take the opportunity to see the previous (old) currencies of Bangladesh as well as currencies of other countries. Its a unique museum. Their collection of old coins are just awesome but their current coin collection could be improved further. Still its a superb experience. Recommend to all to visit it.It's also free to everyone

Very fine place for people of any age. Specially for teens it's a very important place. You can see many types of national and international currency in this place. It's also a great place where you can pass your time. It's free to entry. You don't need any ticket to enter. Just give your few info to reception.

A typical museum related to a coin. In the Currency Museum, there are the earliest pseudo-currency coins in Bangladesh and the Indian subcontinent. The materials used in various economic activities have also been found in the museum. The coins and notes will undoubtedly impress the visitors.
    Visitors can enter for free.

This is Taka Jadughor টাকা জাদুঘর। not currency museum. All credit goes to Dr. Atiur Rahman Sir, Ex Governor of Bangladesh Bank, who created many thing in the financial arena of Bangladesh. TAKA JADUGHOR is one of them. Thanks to Dr. Atiur Rahman for his Excellent talent. But Its very pain for us when we people see the wrong name Currency Museum as mentioned Google Map insted of TAKA JADUGHOR টাকা জাদুঘর. It should be Correct immidiately.
