I had a very bad experience.
The place is nice but can not say same about the food. Ordered French fries, soup, coffee and a water. They provided a bun with the soup which was very hard (stale bun of few days) and later on they changed it upon request. The same goes for the biscuit with the coffee, had hard time to take a bite and just left it. The waiters being too nice (!) but lacked skills of serving.
Overall, DISAPPOUNTED.

Calm & quiet environment. Can be arranged little meet up or seminar event also. Have projector + reflection paper facility, free wifi. Behaviour of waiter is good. Food items are tasty. Recommended for everyone.

Environment is really nice and the juice is good. Cuppa Coffee Lounge is situated at the very corner side of Gulshan 2 circle. it is a quite cozy place for the coffee lovers. They have a smoking zone also. Their coffee was good. The interior of the lounge deserves appreciate. overall it's a good place for coffee.

Awesome place! huge siting area good place for small groups. Variety of foods are available though the price is a little high.
Located on the second floor of the building. but there is no entry gate in the front side. You have to use the back road or use the path to cross the building from front to back.

I loved the place so much for it's interiors that I would rate it 5 🌟 without even tasting their food! Ordered a cup of Latte coffee, let's see how delicious their food is!

Well, let me tell you it's a nice place to hangouts with friends! Casual but cozy. I must say they decorated this place wonderfully. Those wall arts are awesome. You can choose anything to eat and drink. Prices are reasonable because it's located at Gulshan. Food and drink quality up to the mark. Waiters are respectful and at attentative to their customers. There's outdoor seating arrangement so, you can smoke there.

Went there for an open-mic event organized from outside, and performed myself - twice! :) The ambience wasn't just cozy, but very chic as well. They also have space to accommodate smokers. And the bathrooms were clean and decent, you can check out the pix I took. Didn't really have any food other than a milkshake and french fries. The shake was good, and fries not bad. From the setup I saw, I can believe the food would be worth trying. Especially the non-alcoholic cocktails they had, because my friends just kept on ordering them. :)

I would say this is the best hangout place in gulshan, lots of open space, cozy sitting arrangement and trendy interiors. The background music choice is impressive unlike many other place. You can enjoy live music in the evening in different form. I always prefer blues and jazz live music in the restaurants and fine dining which only few restautants offers in town. Cupoa cofee lounge is one of them. All the staffs are well behaved and service oriented. Now come the most imoortant part which is food. Its limited choice for now including little bit of Thai, Malaysian and continental menu basically but the taste is amazing. I would definately recommend sunnny dried beef, basil fried rice with squid, pad thai, nasi goreng and chef's signature cold cofee and brownie with ice cream. Thats not the end, price is also reasonable here & most importantly all the price are vat inclusive and no mendatory service charge. I would definately recommend the place for hangout.

A very spacious coffee shop in the middle of a busy place like Gulshan 2 circle. The interior is highly likely to satisfy a coffee lover. The menu contains a great variety and good enough to fulfill any type of food cravings.
And the coffee is good too, just like it's high standard service.
