I went on a tour with my family to Singapore through Cosmos Holiday in the last EID vacation. Their service was AMAZING. The package was well planned and they kept all their promises in case of providing an excellent service and maintaining the schedule. Their package service was provided to me by Ms. Farzana Sonia who is very well mannered and diligent. She explained the whole package clearly and managed all the things that were required for our tour with patience and care. I would highly recommend Cosmos Holiday. Undoubtedly, one of the best travel agencies in Bangladesh.

I have visited to Thailand through Cosmos holiday a few days back. Their service is great. I have travelled to many countries through a lot of travel agencies of Bangladesh but I would personally recommend Cosmos Holiday above all. Their staffs are very cooperative and helpful. In my last tour to Thailand, unfortunately, I got a driver who was not that much cooperative. But, as soon as I informed Ms. Oshin (one of their package service provider) about this, she arranged a new driver for us right away. This was simply amazing. I love their service and how they treat their customers. This was my third tour through Cosmos Holiday and every time I took the package service from Ms. Oshin. She's actually very helpful and explains the whole package in details. I would highly recommend this travel agency for any tours abroad.

Terrible service. You will find no help from them while travelling. Don't even receive your calls in emergencies. Here all the reviews are either 1* or 5*. The 1*s are the people travelled by thei service and the 5*s are from their own employees.
