  I do not know why a new laptop aged 13 months have raised problem. Computer source is not ready to replace the peripheral, though it covered warranty period. They are saying they dont give warranty for some peripheral. But they give warranty for laptop for 24 months. Isnt those peripheral part of the laptop. While i bought similar products from abroad, i do not face any problem. On the other hand, products from bcs computer city seems copied version. Unfortunately this computer source is supplier of dell and hp in bangladesh. So i am suspicious what they import from abroad.

  One of the largest providers of IT products in Bangladesh. But their service is not very good and after sales service is poor. They are more focused on corporate clients and gives low priority to individual consumers.

  Their products are nice and also have a good warrenty system but the price they take is a bit high but the quality is fine and their behaviour is also very kind. They also offers EMI to a few like BRAC bank and EBL and Bank Asia.

  After taking the decision that they will close all the retail shops and will provide corporate service is affecting to all customers. Usually anyone can buy now as a regular but computer source is not providing after sales services/warranties, this warranty is providing by other company now!

  The showroom had most of their products on display and the salesmen were knowledgeable. But none of the laptops were setup and configured properly, so it was not possible to properly "test them out".

  Very good service with reliable staff. But has less personnel and it affects the efficiency on busy Fridays. customers may have to wait.
  These's a wide range of products and a friendly atmosphere altogether within the shop, they are one of the renowned IT brands of Bangladesh therefore they are very trustworthy
