Comilla Polytechnic Institute (CPI) is a largest and reputed Government Polytechnic Institute in Kotbari, Comilla, Bangladesh which was established in 1962. This polytechnic is controlled by the Government of Bangladesh and under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). Comilla Polytechnic Institute provides 4 years Diploma in Engineering Course under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) by maintaining International Standard of Diploma Engineering course. The Comilla Polytechnic Instiute is government institute and it's very old institute and it was established in 1962. The instiute whole area is very very big. There are six department in this institute and also there are allocated different academic building for every department.

Comilla Polytechnic is the place of Technical Education, Where 4 years Diploma In Engineering degree can be gained. The brunch of educations of available here are: Computer Technology, Civil Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology and Power Technology.
This is on of the oldest government polytechnic institute in Bangladesh. Civil and Electrical Technology is most famous here for best teachers.
