  Good place to pass your time with coffee and smoke in open air. People of all ages are allowed to visit here. It's a fast food shop. The price is reasonable. Their Bar B Q chicken and 'Nan Ruti' is really tasty and very much reasonable in price. Its a good place for middle aged people who are not comfortable for chatting with friends at the ordinary tea stalls. It's a point to note that there are very few coffee shops in Uttara where you can smoke also and CoffeeScoop is one of those.
