If you love hot, spicy and oily foods then this place is for you. They cook the beef or mutton curry with their special spice that is called "chui". Which adds extra flavor to the items.Place is not big, better confirm before going there.

They serve spicy food cooked with "Choi Jhal" native to Khulna, Jessor region. The meats they serve is mouth watering and spicy. Reasonably priced variety of foods are good in quantity. Over all it is money's worth. They offer dine in or take away. You can also order online via different food delivery services.

One of the best traditional food restaurant in Dhaka city. Here you will find different local food items in a better price. No fish item served here.

I love their dish. They need to improve on boiling rice rather then everything is perfect

Food taste was very good in the beginning. But with the time it is not that good now. Also many of my colleagues had to suffer from stomach ache due to too much spicy food.

Curry with Choi Jhal is mainly favourite in khulna region for their exotic taste. The mutton curry of this restaurant is really good. With every piece of mutton they provided a full garlic which should be tasted too. Otherwise you wil not get the actual taste.

I visited few days back. The overall environment and decoration is very pale and sub-standard. The plastic chairs and dirty tables, unhygienic washroom and basin area ruined my taste for having food. Nevertheless, I ordered for their beef and mutton. Simply, taste was rubbish. The mutton was stale and just served after warming the mutton cooked the other day. Anyway, more was left for me. When wished to try their chicken, I was told that it was finished though it was 9 pm only. The brinjal fry was burnt and was not edible at all. The dal was simply as good as that served in a street shop. And finally, the rice was of such poor quality that I can't even imagine even to serve this quality rice to my domestic servant. OK, I tried their firni also and I don't wanna say any more. A total wastage of my money.
    Determined not to visit ever.

If you like eating spicy curry items along with rice then it's a recommended place for you. It uses 'Choi', a masala item, which is popular in southern west part of Bangladesh. But be careful, the items are too spicy.

Good place to have local style food of southern region (Jessore - Khulna) of Bangladesh. They use special spice named as 'Choi' , those who love hot and spicy food, Choi Jhal is recommended for them.
