Doctors and staffs are kind of rude towards patients and their attendants. Once I went there with an emergency patient during midnight and they took almost 20-25 minutes to wake up the emergency doctor who was sleeping on duty. Cabins are not much well maintained comparing to the money they charge for those.

It's the better one private hospital in Chittagong. cleanliness and quick response to patients is appreciatable. We know private hospital is not for the poor & middle class people. The cost is obviously out of reach of poor & middle class people. After all they offer good service & claim a big budget.
