It's a growing residential area. Everything seems properly planned. Roads, Shopping Complex, Fields everything is in the master plan. The residential area is right beside the Buriganga river which is a plus. Now construction works are going here and there, that's why the environment is a bit chaotic. But it'll change with time. If the authority can execute the plan properly it would become an amazing place to live.

Such a paeceful green suburban area. Getting here without a ride of your own is a bit harder as the roads are not developed yet. Things will change in a few years though as people strating moving here.

newly developed residential area in dhaka city having almost all types of citizen's facilities in the bank of buriganga river. the town is developing in a planned way, roads are quite wide spacious. pretty much trees and open fields are available. anyone can have a feelings of village sights. riverside views are superb. till now, anyone enjoys living here. but, it'll be destroyed if it's not taken care of properly.

This is a fast growing residential area. Close to Buriganga river. Drvelopment work is going on. It has apartment building, office complex and a huge shopping mall. All of these are under construction. It's going to be a very lucrative area in no time.
