Corruption has engulfed every department of this passport office. To this day, no one can say that they got their passports on time. I am no exception. However, if you get your passports through a broker, you can get them on time. But it costs up to 2-3 times. Call 100 times for help but no one responds.

Being there for my personal purpose was a huge experience. Basically my intention was to reissue and convert my MRP passport to E-passport. I got it done after 2 months whereas, they should have done it within maximum 10 working days.
The place has good hospitality and places to sit and take rest but the fact is, almost everyone is involved with corruption. Even local shopkeepers are involved with that significant government passport service. Services available from 9.00am to 5.00pm everyday except Friday and Saturday.
It is near chandpur wireless rail gate and you won't be able to enter there without musk but interesting fact is none of their employees are using musk inside if the office which is really funny.
They are taking about timing, manner, musk restrictions but they are not following their rules at all.
Last not the least, I tried many time to contact with them over mail/phone but they didn't reply me not even picked up my phone call. Hence, do not forget to pay extra money for getting fast survive 😝response / report this review -

Passport Office of Bangladesh is notorious of its disservice, corruption and malpractice through out the country and it is contending as No #1 corrupted office of the government. Passport Office of Chandpur is not any exception at all. Illegal is legal, if channel is maintained with appropriate amount of bribery.

The passport office located beside the Faridganj Highway. Passport visa and documents processing service very easy instantly. But peoples stay there long time with serial. It's really helpless for peoples. Be careful from cheating they can harassed to peoples.
