  I had ordered a plextone g30 earphone from them. They called me the next day to pay the courier fee and I paid. The product came in next day. It was in good quality and exactly what I ordered.
  
  After i paid the courier fee through Bkash, the told me that I would receive an email confirming the transaction. I didn't receive it immediately. Called them next day and told them not receiving any email. Got it immediately. They were very responsive.
  
  I got the product through S.A poribahan courier service and paid the for product there.

  One of the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I had three orders for them.
  
  First order: I paid online, they confirmed my order. After couple of days they reported two out of three product is not available. I asked them to cancel the order, they told me thy will try to manage those items for me. Then then sent two of those items for me where one of them is a different item which is of lower value. They refused to change it for me. I didn't get the third item yet. They won't provide me with even a proper date when they can confirm when they will deliver the item. Even though they were supposed to deliver that within 2-3 days now they are telling me that they will need 10 more days to confirm when they will be able to deliver that item.
  
  Second order: I paid online for this one too. They did not contact me regarding this. Couple of days after ordering I contacted them and they told me that this item is not available. They can't tell me which alter native of this item is available either. Again for this item they told me that they will be able to let me know when this is going to be delivered or even this is going to be delivered at all after 10 days.
  
  Third order: They did not provide any proper status of this order. Told me that they will let me know after 10 days.
  
  Now I'm stuck with three order with no proper delivery date and status of the items. I'm not even sure if they have those items or not. If they do not have the items in stock why are they showing them as available? They don't show any proper status of the item in their site. If I knew this would be that situation, I would have never ordered form them. I would never recommend them to anyone.
