I rented a car for 10 hours out of Dhaka paying 3490 tk. After returning home, their driver asked for half an hour extra rent, although we were right at time. So I asked him to confirm with his boss, to which he said , "no, that's fine". Then he demanded tips !! So I guess, he wanted to put that extra half an hour in his own pocket !! I ended up giving him 50tk extra although he had nice launch and snacks with us all day.
Even worse, I wrote this same complaint to their facebook page. Instead of replying to my comment or sending me any apologies, they simply deleted my comment and blocked me from the page !! Well, I guess the owner or the people in customer service are no better than the driver. Cool then, bloody scammers.response / report this review -
