  3 weeks ago I gave them 2 stars, But now I am giving them 5 Coz I think this is the only place I’ve found in BD so far that they really evaluate their customers and the customer care team is so much supportive.. I really appreciate their accountability and Wish Buymobile a smooth journey ahead.

  I am really very thankful to Buymobile for their outstanding service. They have the fastest delivery system and they concentrate only on Mobile phones of different brands, which is great and increasing the product line with an EMI extension as well as adding a few more banks will help them get more and a wider range of customers. I ordered few products and paid online. Just after few minutes of order i received a call from the customer care and their cooperation was best from their end one can ever expect from any online merchant in Bangladesh. All products were in intact and brand new sealed conditions. It's the reliability and quality of their services that make them different from other online merchants. I will buy more things from you for sure. Keep going on Buymobile!!!

  Try to serve every customer equally. Heard a lot about your business strategies that you serve the customers based on their classification. Whenever there is any person with little knowledge you guys try to provide him the faulty products. Is that true? I will buy products from you when i will find no negative review. Thanks

  There are people writing bad reviews about this company. But I would like to ask them if they have had experienced other e-commerce websites in Bangladesh. I would like to thank Buymobile for their excellent service. Way too good than that of the other e-commerce websites we have in our country. I bought a few products from Buymobile and I would say that they try their best to provide us with a good experience. Thank you for the quick delivery and quick response to a request. I always appreciate the hard working people who try to make a difference in any platform, I wish Buymobile all the very best for their bright future.

  First time purchased a product from Buymobile, I must say that the product was authentic, intact and additionally got 7 days replacement warranty. They had some stock issues, however they have tried to deliver the best by sending a complementary item with the product which I really appreciate. I will recommend Buymobile to introduce "product wise estimated delivery date" in their website to attain ultimate consumer satisfaction.Finally, when you are planning to buy 100% original and authorized products, its worth to visit Buymobile before wasting time in the shopping mall !!
