Good initiative, but their service is a big lacking. They have to be pushed to get proper properties. They said they would inform me if there were anything they can find the properties I want, but they called my for no reasons & empty hands. I had to call them personally quite a few times to get property news, that too didn't have much information. Not really happy overall, but their system is good according to me.

They are so professional to reduce the price. According to them your property is valueless & your expectation is dull. At the beginning of talking you will feel they are so sympathetic, but during the action you would feel disregard. Biggest problem is this during the valuation of property by help of Bproperty they give a min size value & for the sale purpose they reduce it unexpectly. Words you can listen during the market is uncertain. Then, how come you people are professional? Do you people believe we have no idea about our property price? Here, we just expect for a quick sell & due to this we sacrifice highly.
Good types of properties should not go through Bproperty, until they change themselves.response / report this review
