প্রকৃতিকন্যা খ্যাত বাংলদেশ কৃষি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে পুরাতন ব্রহ্মপুত্র নদের তীরে প্রতিষ্ঠিত উদ্ভিদরাজির বিরল সংগ্রহশালা বোটানিক্যাল গার্ডেন (Botanical Garden)। বিলুপ্ত ও প্রায় বিলুপ্ত উদ্ভিদরাজিকে মানুষের কাছে তুলে ধরতে ১৯৬৩ সালে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ফসল উদ্ভিদ বিজ্ঞান বিভাগ এবং তৎকালীন উপাচার্য অধ্যাপক ড. ওসমান গণির হাত ধরে ২৪ একর জমি নিয়ে গার্ডেনটি যাত্রা শুরু করে। বাকৃবির ক্যাম্পাসে অসংখ্য দর্শনীয় স্থানের মধ্যে অন্যতম বোটানিক্যাল গার্ডেন। প্রতিষ্ঠার শুরুতে গার্ডেনটি আয়তনে খুবই অল্প থাকলেও বর্তমানে গার্ডেনটির আয়তন প্রায় ২৫ একর।
এটা ঢাকার বোটানিক্যাল গার্ডেনের মতো অত বড় না। তবে গাছপালা ভালই আছে। নদীর তীরে হওয়ায় দেখতে বেশ ভাল লাগে।response / report this review -

Beautiful place. Enriched with varieties of trees and plants and flowers. Great view of the brahmaputra river. Great place to have a nice walk with the dear person.

Its inside the Bangladesh agriculture University. One of The finest Botanical garden people can ask for,Its beauty will magnify your eyes, There is a Tower which people called the Centre of the University. Totallly beautiful Place people will love it.

Hands down it's one of the greatest tranquil beauties I have ever laid my eyes on. The dying Brahmaputra that runs along the perimeter adds an almost melancholic appeal to the place. Every moment inside the garden was a joy. It houses myriads of species and the canopy over my head catapulted me to a world of serenity.

If you plan to visit mymensingh, its mandatory to set up a date to visit this garden. Its amazing big garden beside the river.

It's so spacious. And well decorated. There is a lot of plants of different kinds. Authorities should take care of the garden nicely to make it more beautiful. There should be more security guards to protect people from any man made danger
