BKash is the number 1 MFS (mobile financial service) is Bangladesh which is operations from 2011 and now have almost 55million of customer base with 200K agent channels. Now a days, it’s used for mobile Recharge, bill pay, add money from bank, payment to different retailer and savings. bKash is expanding rapidly and currently they are working on customer satisfaction as there has been a lot of issues recently.
