  No service is there. Maximum time nobody is there. Even very much unhygenic condition of the office.Govt. Should give biman to private sector.

  I visited the office at 11.05 am on 13.02.2020 and the office is closed. Hardly found a number to contact with the official person. Nobody bothered to be in the office to attend the query at least.

  There is a security guard there but there was no one at the office. After asking the security guard, he said there are people inside but couldn't find anyone. It seems like an abandoned building which hasn't been used for decades. We went there to know when the bus to Jessore will depart but couldn't get any answer. I don't even know why that building is there.

  Worst experience. Biman has leased the primices to third party, who could successfully created a very filthy place. The building was built for the air passengers with nice interior. But the way is being used is really unfortunate.

  Sundarban Courier service office is here. Their service is very good and secure. Almost all of them behave well with people. Their service is better than any other branch in Khulna.
