Really beautiful place, peaceful enviroment. But authority should look into the cleaning and maintenance more seriously. Saw some strays dogs chewing on garbage and bones just infront of budha's statue.

It's called ভূবন শান্তি ১০০ ফুট সিংহ শয্যা গৌতম বুদ্ধ।
It's a small territory but very quiet and peaceful. The Buddha statue was founded on 2002, it's 100 feet long and it makes the name.
There are some monks living there and some little monks too (probably trainee/ student monks? not sure).
Buddhists come here to pray and non-buddhists can come too for visit purpose but can't enter in the restricted areas.
Visit fee is very cheap, only 10 bdt.
You can come from Cox's bazar by auto rickshaws for 500-600bdt with come and return contract.
Better to come in daytime.
This type of peaceful, religious places couldn't be rated, right?

Small area but good view. Wonderful place. This temple is golden colored reclining statue of Gautama Buddha is situated at the Vimukti Bibeshan Bhabna Kendra temple in Ramu Cox’s Bazar. This is the largest Reclining Buddha statue in Bangladesh. Not so far from Cox’s bazar that’s why many visitors go to Ramu and visit 100 feet temple. Everyday many visitors gone there.
