Suit destroyed!!
I took a Suit (blazer) with some other items to Bestclean dry cleaners branch in Niketon, Gulshan (in September, 2015). The suit was completely new and worn just two days, but some rain drops fell on the backside resulting in stains. The other clothes were returned ok, but the suit front side (lapel and breast pocket area) was sullied and spoiled. I returned it and requested to fix it, but the condition got worse when i collected it for the second time. Then they tried to deny the responsibility, saying that it was not their fault, etc.
I'd request everyone to take a photo of your Suits and other valuable garments before giving it to Bestclean dry cleaners.response / report this review
