Wow, what a rude behavior by their customer agent over phone call. I was trying to ask some information over phone call to make sure what will be a medical test cost and when I can go there as I want to go from Patuakhali but the women who received phone, behave like very unprofessional, rude and bad people. I ask a question and she answered then I tried to ask why she need to see the patient first, to answer me, maybe my question was wrong but not bad. So I was surprised why she directly cut my phone call and didn't receive anymore. Will never go for them and will never recommend them to anyone.
