  Good technologycally sound well secured, neat and clean building. 5 embassies are located here. Unfortunately no parking facility for visitors or guests. Security guards are not up to the mark, expected better behaviour and cooperation. Even No dropoff place for visitors. You are to get down on the road very unexpecting when you are having a apppintment.

  Bay is one of the pioneer Developer company in Bangladesh. Today i had a chance to visit there office place for my official purpose. The building and the environment was good not only the infrastructure but also the technology they have used in this building comply with the Twenty first century. All current world technology is being used to ensure the security of this building.

  Bay building is very good architectural view and important building in Gulshan area. It got Switzerland, Sweden, Norway and few more embassy office as well as the head office of Bay Developments Limited. Very secured building.
