It's a government-owned rest house restricted for common people. All rooms are organized and well-managed. The compass is very secured.

A very nice place to stay. Everything seems very calm, natural. Those staffs are very friendly in their attitude. Whatever you need can get it withing few minutes. Very fast service from a public service office. Its located at the heart of city and so anybody can get anywhere within the city by 5 to 10 minutes. The security is very high too!

It's a wonderful and spacious place to live in Barisal which is not only run by Bangladesh Government but also maintained it. You have to have prior booking through some references of government officials to stay here.

Basically a rest or guest house for Government officials, secretary, Ministers for night hold. But unfortunately it becomes a meeting place when Political leaders arrive in Barisal. The town lost its dignity.
