  It's a Catholic Church named "Our Lady of Lourdes Church" also known as "Banpara Catholic Church". Beginning in the year 1925, many Bengali Christians from Bhawal areas of the Archdiocese of Dhaka started migrating to the greater districts of Pabna, Natore and Rajshahi in search of land and their economic amelioration. For their pastoral care, Bonpara Parish was established in 1940 AD. On May 21, 1990, the Diocese of Rajshahi was canonically erected incorporating within its territory the southern portion of the greater Diocese of Dinajpur. Almost 3.8K+ no. of Catholics live in this area (Banpara Parish). Currently, this parish is operating by Diocesan Missionary. Current Priest: Fr. Bikash H. Rebeiro and Fr. Nobin Pius Costa. Here is a Primary School and a Secondary School too named Saint Joseph's High School, Bonpara, Natore. The new building of this church is large and beautiful that makes a man to think the place "House of God". Loved the place.

  Bonpara Catholic church is one of the most beautiful churches in Bangladesh, Fr. Dino has the greatest contribution for the beautification of it. It is very nicely built and has the largest statue of Mother Mary within the church compound. It has many rare collection of stones and other holy things originated from Jerusalem and other places.

  Actually the Catholic Church’s name is “Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church” located at Bonpara , Natore. It is very popular in division. Total mission compound is really tidy, nice & attractive for visitor…………………… 
