Staff behavior is appalling, particularly at the front desk. The staff's behaviour is so amateur. lack of professionalism. Manager Shahab Uddin was very helpful. Here is one of the doctors, Professor Dr. Md. Shah Alam, very well known and a good doctor. Today's ii visited this hospital at Kallyanpur, Dhaka

Doctors are all highly qualified especially Dr. Shah Alam, Dr. Sarwar Jahan, Dr. Zunaed & Dr. Mamun Chowdhury. Environment is also neat and clean, well furnished.But surgery rate is too expensive. Should be decreased little bit.Physiotherapy Department is not well established. Should be added more qualified Physio doctors. Because post operative physiotherapy treatment or rehabilitation is very important phenomena. Not to be neglected. Needed more encourage to ensure every patients postoperative rehabilitation. Then it will be a world class treatment role model hospital & excellence. One thing is that I had experienced the staff was not well mannered. They demands extra tips in every steps as like government hospitals. This is not fare. Authority should take legal action towards them and strictly handle it. God bless you all. Thank you. I also recommended for better treatment of Spine and Orthopedic surgery.

One of the modern equipped orthopedics hospitals in the town, mostly run by NITOR (National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedic Rehabilitation) doctors.
This hospital is well equipped, that’s the only good things I have seen during my father operation.
Doctors really don’t care about the patient’s time, they leave the patients outside of the chamber and goes to sleep, which has happened to me a few times. People usually call doctors "butcher's", I would not have understood if I had not seen doctors of this hospital.
They removed Ilizarov external fixator (metal ring) from my father's leg without giving him any kinds of anesthesia, can you imagine how much pain he gone through during this removal process. This is insane.
They are more like to do operation instead of doing normal treatment and nurses seems are not well trained also.

Bangladeh needs this hospital most.
Many people got accident become workless.
And many people got spine related injuries by other things.
Maximum number of cases ended by surgery and therapy. This kind of hospital aid and service for those people.

Doctor Shah Alam has no time management sense and his hospital is the worst managed I have ever seen. Never seen such a bad hospital. You have to wait hours after hours for every service. And nobody will give you any information about any update.

My mother had PLID operation there by Dr. Shah Alam. The first operation was done wrong, the pain increased too much after that. One week later Dr. Shah Alam admitted that a correction operation is required; this time my mother's condition got more severe.

Please avoid this hospital if you have alternate option.
