Thank you so much for delivering the most important document. The new smart driver's license is extremely useful in all aspects of personal and professional lives respectively. Driving is a previlige, not a right. Must respect, maintain, adhere the above motto regardless of geographic location. It's just a matter of time the department of driving license will be equipped with modern amenities along with latest tech and gadgets. Most importantly those who are actively employed and working honestly will be rewarded by the omnipotent. All the best BRTA

BRTA or Bangladesh Road Transport Authority is a place where you apply for your driving licences and also you register your car. People always complain that none gives proper answer where to go or what paper needed. Though those issues are resolving now. Govt has taken actions to make this experiences lot smoother. And yes i have to say this processes are getting more easier and every things is available on their website. Which paper is needed and how much money to pay where to pay. I wish govt will make this whole process online and also will make appointment system so that general people will get the proper service.

Its a place full of broker. Any work you cannot do it properly if you dont have any known person working in here. Most of the officers and office assistant even guards are corrupted. Govt cannot do anything to control them. You will be lucky to do your needs of you have relatives or friends working here. Otherwise you need to decays your shoe sole to complete your requirement here. Very unpleasant experience.

Engine LC doc attested by advocate nottery. 7. Declaration- ongikernama on 200 tk stamp.. attested by advocate nottery. And 8. govt fees( duplicate of registration certificate. + modification of registered vehicles fess+ digital certificate issue + supplementary duity all together 1850 tk). Then go for inspection. If you avoid dalal cost then you need to go by yourself. After inspection goto room 114 then go 202.. then 202 will told the room no where they will give you hand written registration book. Keep in mind you need to sing all document by the same signature that you give during original registration . 202 forwarded to 303.. they asked for sign in front of them and finally they give us written blue book and forwarded to 100 for final signatory. By this way engine change work completed. Thanks

This is the worst ministry and public service area in Bangladesh. Huge system loss and corrupted chain cycle from bottom to top. You can see how they keep the precious licensing documents in the corridor, if any file loss you have to bear unbearable cost. You will be dulled roaming room to room and table to table to move your file.

Good ONE STOP SAME DAY service for learner's license. Good behavior. Lacks proper directions at different booths at bank, so ask which booth is for what service before standing in line wasting your time. For other services there seems to be long lines everywhere.

A place of frustration where you will not found proper working procedure/system. Lengthy work procedure, 3 days work need 3 months time. Should be work with modern technologies with the trained staffs. Also shortage of working staffs and facilities. Many brokers around here to help you with payment. Some times they also fraud and left with the money. So be careful. Better to finish work self service.

difficult to get her ways. no help, no service for disables seen except oneself. no better place is there to wait females. about body contact movement make the feelings of helplessness. vehicle inspection spot yet to be well designed.
finger print givings are managed digitally, going in discipline, the waiting area is too small to sit. no drinking, no wash rooms found beside it. in sunny days dust allergic persons should take special care.
a better planning could make it comfortable and speedy.

Work here is done in a very slow manner. People has to wait with their vehicles for a long petiod of time. A person needs to give a full day time to complete their work, if everything goes right. Try not to conduct any business with any Broker or Dalal, in many cases the result will be the same as doing it by yourself.

Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) is a government office to issue registration certificates for vehicles, licenses for drivers, fitness certificates of vehicles and to provide similar services. Its quality of service has improved significantly in recent times, particularly after automation. All payments can now be in the selected branches of banks. But still illegal brokers are floating around to induce corruption. Further automation is necessary to allow online appointments for all kinds of services.

Its a crowded place of people who come for get their service including in front of Bank booth where people pay the service charge/govt fee. So you have to keep in mind when you decide to come here. Here the procedure is a little bit critical, So there are plenty of broker to take this chances.

They can do it everything throughout online. So that client can filled up every single form over online and they can pay their payments online as well.

The place is an government organization. The system here is very poor. Their major job s include paperwork, but surprisingly many parts of that organization doesn't even have a computer.

Moreover, there is always a huge line in all of the counter. They don't even have a decent waiting zone for the people those have to wait hours to get their job done. In many cases people even have to keep standing up in a line in the blazing sun, they can't even provide a decent shade for the thousands of visitors.

There are many rooms for development for the place and we hope an organization run by our tax paying money will do more to serve us better.
