The line was pretty long. Just like every other government facility this place was chaotic and dirty too. There were beggars and hawkers swarming all across the place even inside the building. The officials were helpful but their workrate was incredibly slow. Servers crashed very frequently and when it did, people had to wait for hours to get it fixed. There is a big parking spot just outside the main building, so parking shouldn't be an issue. There are snacks and tea just outside, but one wouldn't care for them if they want to be hygienic.

Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA), Ekuria is situated in Dhaka district. Driving license and driving license renewal are issued in BRTA, Ekuria centre. Drivers are being trained here. The place is spacious and big. There is a canteen here also.

It is situated at ekuria. So, far way from the main Dhaka. Communication system is not so good. It may take a whole day if you visit there. This brta office area is largest than others. This office is issued digital number plate, driving lisence, car fitness certificate, broke unlicensed transport. Here working process is so slow. Every day lots of people comes to give exam and take different types of lisences. Generally have a huge que. Before 9.00 has less rush. Started office at 9.00 and run upto almost 6.00 pm.

very bad quality of service. staffs are very slow and not helpful. they even do not obey their own citizen charter for providing services to customer. brokers to and fro here and there for bad purposes. govt. should monitor very strictly so that people can get services here without spending speed money.

Bangladesh Road Transport Authority was established under section 2/A of the Motor Vehicles ordinance of 1983 and subsequent 1987 amendment. It has functioned since 1988.BRTA is a regulatory body to control, management, and ensure discipline in the road transport sector of Bangladesh as well as to maintain road safety.
