So you also have to pay for the Battery that power up the meter. When you also have to pay the monthly rent for the meter. You have to fill-up form so they can came for the battery and because they will came, you also have to pay them some charges (illegal by law but no choice). Overall cost for Battery more then 1000 taka. Monthly rent more then 100 taka including tax.
