I got a opportunity to get inside the campus, it's a beautiful place cause it's inside the DOHS and also maybe controlled by the military. I was there for a photography exhibition and competition a few days ago.. luckily I got chance to see and listen the Art Cell band.. Sadly I didn't like the organising system of the Photography Club, Though they had a very strong security system (for show off) which was not needed to be so strong, it was unnecessary. The members of the Photography Club were not sure of things which was happening, which was very disappointing.

The academic year starts from January and ends at December. Each year is divided into 2 terms, exams being held for all classes at the end of each term. In each term, the students sit for 2 class tests for 25 marks. The two class tests marks are averaged and added to the term exam which is of 100 marks but converted into 75. Students move to a higher class if they pass the exams. All students from KG to Class 5 follow the same curriculum. After passing Class 2, they are offered a choice to follow either the International or National curriculum.

Bangladesh International School and College (BISC), formerly Bangladesh International School (BIS), is a private school located in New DOHS, Mohakhali, Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is managed by the Bangladesh Army Station Headquarters, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka. The school was established in 1995 to provide educational services in English.

The current Chairman of Governing body of BISC is Brigadier General Md.Zahedur Rahman,ndc,psc.

The school was established on 14 March 1995 as the Bangladesh International School. On 17 September 2011 the college was opened and the name was changed to the current name.

I loved this school. I really wish i never left. The math teachers i love so much. They are advanced compared to LA. When i moved, i was almost 2 years ahead in math. The international academy is also very good where everything is in English.
