  It was an under Dhaka university.Now-a-days some subject of this unit is changed ,one of the changed department is "Resource Management & Entrepreneurship" it was Home Management and housing , related arts is now Art & creative study, etc. People are very helpful in this college

  It's a new Unit of Dhaka Universitynow it's called Home economics unit, under the faculty of Biological Science.. in the past, it was an under the insttitute of Dhaka university now some subject of this unit is changed ,one of the changed department is "Resource Management & Entrepreneurship" it was Home Management and housing , related arts is now Art & creative study, etc. This unit have lot's of important department like : Food and Nutrition , Resource Management and Entrepreneurship, Cloth and Textile, Child Devolopment and Social Relationshipsetc. it's Green road campus is besides of IBA Hostel (DU),green road
