Very big mosque in construction. This mosque can accommodate a great amount of people here. They have fan even in the ground floor which is under construction. Friday there will no space for people and mosque become total jam-packed.

Banani Jame Masjid is very renowned and popular among the locals. I prayed there couple of times, it is very big in size and has a huge capacity to perform salat at a time. Now there is an extension going on the open ground in the front yard, after completion the capacity will increase more.

It's the most popular and largest mosque of Banani area of Dhaka. As of July 2017, the renovation works of the mosque is ongoing at full pace. It is air conditioned, has washroom facilities available, running water and drinking water available. Every evening, Islamic discussion and knowledge sharing sessions take place at the mosque. It is very clean and well maintained.
