  10% people of this area are low-life scumbags. I was hijacked here once and next best thing happened to me here was being a victim of attempt to hijack again. That time I had to fought off the scumbags and ran for my life.
  
  This is one of the worst place in Rajshahi.

  Residential Area to live. Have lots of ponds(pukur) that's why its called BaliaPukur!
