মসজিদে ডান পা দিয়ে প্রবেশ করা ও বাম পা দিয়ে বের হওয়া এবং মসজিদে প্রবেশ ও বের হওয়ার দোয়া পড়া সুন্নত। মসজিদে প্রবেশর দোয়া হলো—‘বিসমিল্লা-হি ওসসালাতু ওসসালাম-মু আলা রাসুলিল্লাহ, আল্লা-হুম্মাফ্তাহলি আবওয়া-বা রহমাতিক’। আর মসজিদ থেকে বের হওয়ার দোয়া হচ্ছে, ‘বিসমিল্লা-হি ওস্সালাতু ওয়াস সালাম-মু আলা রাসুলিল্লাহ, আল্লা-হুম্মা ইন্নি আসআলুকা মিন ফাদ্বলিক, আল্লা-হুম্মা আ’সিমনি মিনাশ শাইত্বানির রাজিম। ’
