  This market, buzzing with people and students at day time, does have its dominant presence even after being situated at very proximity with District Sadar town Chandpur. High School at its eastern side, some lofty towers of mobile operators therein made it easily identifiable. However, this village market too does not have much specialty. In election period, this became loud center of election offices/campaigns.

  চাঁদপুর সদরের অদুরেই এর অবস্থান। মেষনা নদীর কোল ঘেষা এ গ্রামটি। এখানে নদীর পাড়ে রয়েছে কয়েটি মৎস আাড়ৎ, রয়েছে বাজার, পরিষদ, জামে মসজিদ, প্রাথমিক বিদ্যলয়, উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়, মৎস হেচারি, মার্কেট ইত্যাদি। তবে মসৎ আড়ৎ গুলীতে সারা বছর ( অভিযান সময় ছাড়া) অল্প দামে সব ধরনের নদীর মাছ পাওয়া যায়। এর মধ্য ইলিশের পরিমান-ই বেশি।
