Undoubtedly one of Chittagong's best kept secrets. I stumbled upon this treasure trove way back in November 2014 entirely by accident. I am in love with every aspect of this bookstore: the books, the decor, the readers, the staff, the name of the bookstore. I could go on and on about this fantastic gem but I would rather people add this to their "things to do" list when it comes to visiting the port city.

Undoubtedly one of the best book shops of the country. You can just seat and read any book you want. Their collection of book is diverse and managed very properly. Only setback is they charge high price for foreign, spry Indian books. A recommended place to visit if you’re touring Chittagong.

Best book store in the port City Chittagong. Variety of books are available in here. Available space for reading. A small coffee shop will amuse you a lot. Interior decorations will inspire you to stay long cause it's mind blowing based on the theme of Port yard. Mostly the price is reasonable. Huge collection of children books will remind your childhood reading memory

This is my most favourite place in Chittagong. I spent many times in this fine place. There are a collection of numerous books, periodicals. You can read the book there as there are some chairs to sit. Whole floor are air conditioned. There are a small coffee shop just at the corner of the library. Don't miss the lemon tea. In my opinion Sitting in the table reading book with green tea in hand is the greatest feeling to be enjoyed. But the price of books are too much than usual. Happy reading!

Baatighar at Chittagong is one of the must place to visit for the book lovers! They have an outstanding collection of diverse range. The wooden floor of the shop adds a natural ambience. They have limited sitting arrangement but the huge collection won't allow you to sit down for long!

it's a really great place for book lovers. you can get almost all kind of book here. they have great collection of books. the best part is you can read their book in the shop even though you don't buy it. but their behaviour with the customers aren't satisfactory. the need to improve this side. otherwise it'll make their customers disappointed.

This bookshop is a little unique. It will allow you to read books for free as in a library. If you want you can buy book from here too. there are arrangements to read bookbut I would say its not enough. I saw many reading books by standing in a corner. nevertheless you can find a seat if you are lucky to read book. They also have booths for soft drinks inside the bookshop.

One of the Best bookstores of the country. Definitely best in chittagong in terms of collection of books, interior design and other facilities. They also have a coffee corner inside the store. Having a cup of hot coffee while checking books is a feeling that can't be described in words.
