Service Provider to Service Seekers ratio is very poor. So there was mass gathering & social distancing was impossible to maintain. One positive thing was that, they give priority to the ladies, so that ladies wouldn’t have to wait among the mass of Gents. The bad thing is you need to provide ransom in the name of office expense or speed money to get a timely service, otherwise it will be delayed, & you never know when your turn will come, though things are getting positively digitalized.

It is very important place for all vehicle and its owner.
there are many kinds of work complete by BRTA. new License, renew license. car registration, fitness check eyc many kind of wokr are completed by BRTA.
but there are also some problem in BRTA.
people harassed by brokers.
there are many brokers in all sector in BRTA.
they harassed people many way.
everybody should careful of them.
All system goes to digitalised day by day.

Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) (Bengali: বাংলাদেশ রোড ট্রান্সপোর্ট অথরিটি (বিআরটিএ) was established under section 2A of the Motor Vehicle Ordinance of 1983 and the subsequent 1987 amendment. It has functioned since January 1988. BRTA is a regulatory body to control, manage and ensure discipline in the road transport sector of Bangladesh, as well as to maintain road safety. It works under the Ministry of Communication to carry out the purposes set out for it under the Motor Vehicle Ordinance. The Chairman is the chief executive of BRTA. He is in charge of fulfilling the purposes of BRTA as prescribed by the rules and assigned by the government.[1]Total number of circles under the purview of BRTA is 62 (57 District Circles and five Metro Circles)
