Not gonna tell that it is a perfect and gorgeous place to live. But it comes with a few things that you won't find much in the Dhaka city. Firstly, this place has a huge field for kids to play. Within the boundary, you'll find a huge open place to move freely. Secondly, the mosque there looks really good. Though it is not finished yet, but still i love it, don't know why.

There are many buildings here. Parking zone are available here. There is a big mosque for Muslims. One primary school and also one college. Vashantek police station situated here.there is a big playground to play football, cricket etc.

It's a good place. There have a school and college into it . There have some apartments which are not so expensive. There have some govt and non gov hospital near of it. The only one thing is not so good is security. Though there have lots of security guards but still it's not so secure

Good place. It is like residential or quarter like area. The place has primary school, college, big mosque, madrasa. Buildings are made in an organized way and cars and pickups can enter in front of every building. Utility service is about average level.

This is a govt. residential project. this residential project is well planned. still there need to lots of developments in road construction. Also need proper waste management. Good thing is that this project has inside govt. primary school & govt. college. Also has a big masjid. This project's northern side has touch of green nature.
