  BKSP is only one Sports Institution in Bangladesh. Also it is our National Sports Institute of Bangladesh. It have another five divisional office. It have 17 sports education course that train here. BKSP provides HSC label education and limited number of Graduates & Diploma. BKSP's invetion no. one all rounder in the world is Sakib Al Hasan..   To achieve this goal, the Government of Bangladesh made a plan in 1974 to establish the Bangladesh Institute of Sports, as a project, under the National Sports Council. As a result, the Bangladesh Institute of Sports was established in 1976, as a Government Department. Subsequently, in 1983, the name of Bangladesh Institute of Sports was changed to Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP) and as such became an autonomous statutory organization. The regular coaching and academic programmes commenced at the Institute from 14th April, 1986.
  Since then BKSP is serving with utmost sincerity to accomplish the dream of producing high caliber sportspersons who can earn laurels for the country and establish the reputation of Bangladesh as a sports loving nation in the world.
  The Government of Bangladesh has planned to establish regional training centers of BKSP in Rajshahi, Chittagong, Khulna, Barishal & Sylhet also. In the mean time, the regional training center at Dinajpur under Rajshahi division is nearly complete. The establishment work of the regional center at Chittagong, Khulna, Barishal & Sylhet will start in this year(2004-2005) very soon.

  Bangladesh krera shekkha protisthan is a only one sports education canter in Bangladesh. From this institution make so many sportsmen who show best quality performance nationally and internationally. they performed Olympic game and earn so many price for Bangladesh. this institution so many helpful for our peoples. I hope every success for them who getting education from this institution.
