They need to open all the toilets on occasions like examination, concerts, wedding etc. Yesterday only one set of restroom was open to the public, when there was more than a thousand people on the premises. That too the toilet for the handicapped people was closed. Only the male and females' ones were open. This time the place looked cleaner. I went there after two years. Due to the traffic, most people started around 5pm. By the time exam was due to start (7:30 pm). All the candidates needed to use it. I won't be surprised if anyone was late for this reason. Where as there are so many of them there.
