The restaurant on top floor are haven for mosquitoes. In Dhaka, mosquito are everywhere so better to dine indoor. Food was just okay, not really high quality. Waiting time was long even though there isn't much guest. 20mins minimum

It is best place to stay.. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.. It has small and beautiful cafe.. Must try cappuccino.. Very near to the airport..

Great experiences, very friendly and caring staff who goes out of the way to meet your requests.
Highly recommended for business travelers due to the close location of the hotel to the airport.
Offer airport transfer and pickup and unlike most hotel, transfer to airport is based on your time conveniences instead of fixed shuttle transfer timingresponse / report this review -

Very poor communication with the online sales department.when I was booking over the phone they told me one price and when u reached hotel thry will tell you another price on that moment you can come with your staff and you have to stay at least one night that's really terrible experience in my life.I had so much holiday in Bangladesh in different hotel cheaper than maple leaf and csa service much better but They don't know what's going on their hotel like offer etc. I had very bad experience with duty manager can't talk properly .No apologise end of the day and the lady from sales department name Nusrat talking very rude

Best Western always best in Price & Services. This hotel also having good facilities for Travellers with Accommodation & Inside Restaurant's. Staffs are friendly & Place of this hotel location are really good.
