this is the biggest market place of the Chittagong hill tracts region with some modern facilities, it has wheel chair accessibility. ready made garments, cloths, gold, ornaments, electronics,shoes, mobile phones, food courts are available here. usually this market opens at 9.30 am and shuts at 10.00 pm. at present there is no weekly holiday here but on every Friday this market remain closed for two hours from 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm
