Automatic Bricks & Ceramics (Pvt.) Ltd. (herein after referred to as the “Company”) was incorporated in Bangladesh under the Companies Act 1994 on 23 March 2011 as a private company limited by shares with an authorized capital of BDT 100 million divided into 1.0 million ordinary shares of BDT 100 each. The company has gone into operation from 01 January 2015. The paid up capital stands at BDT 165.00 million as on 31 October, 2016. The Company is currently equipped with fully automated Tunnel Kiln Technology having capacity to produce around 1.20 Lac pcs bricks per day.
The corporate office of the Company is situated at RAK Tower (Level # 12) Plot # 1/A, Jashimuddin Avenue, Sector # 3, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka-1230 whereas the factory is located at Mukkopur, Trisal, Mymensingh.response / report this review -
