Extremely poor behavior by Gulshan branch staff Neela Hafiza. She is a liar and fraud. We went to change our sofa cover and she provided damaged clothes to us. She made our life hell to change them. Ultimately she did not change all of the seat covers and reduced our payment by BDT4000. When the delivery man came to our place and wanted to confirm the payment, she lied to him and said we were demanding extra cushions. Thankfully this conversation took place on the speaker phone and we could hear her lie. Her parents and daughter would be extremely disappointed when they read it.
