It's near Motijheel Commercial Area, Beside Notre Dame College, Arambag. Railway Station is also very close to this bus counter. Easy to reach from all over Dhaka City by Public Transport and any kind of vehicle. All Bus Counter have their waiting room. But, there is no parking area for customer. Buses wait on the road to pick passengers.

As usual, surrounding are noisy & unclean. No proper parking facilities. But maximum counters are good with seating place, well furnished with AC. Peoples in the counters are helpful & behave well. No washroom facilities, if any, probably unclean & unsuitable for the females. Some hotels are there. Actually these are for bus ticket counters turned to bus stoppage.

Mainly this bus counter is a hub for the people who wants to leave Dhaka. Most of the buses here are A/C .Counters are spacious, cozy and have facility of toilet. Toilets are not always neat and clean. There is only one restaurant to eat lunch/dinner named 'transit' which is very expensive though provides average menu and taste.

very crowdy, indisciplined and unauthorised traffic movement. Buses blocks main traffic lanes. Passenger drops are to be careful.
No car parkings are available here.
But good air conditioned buses can be availed to move to chittagong, jessore, Benapole for india. Personal care is important to look.
