One of the worst ISPs in Sylhet. Internet disconnects throughout the day and ping spikes when playing online games. This has been the case for around 7-8 months. As I am writing this, I've had no internet since around 10am. It is now 5:37pm. Customer service is pointless. They'll send you a generic response saying that they will fix the issue but it's only a temporary fix. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF AN ISP

I love Amber IT not only for their internet service, but also for their CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
In our country, it is usual to have some bad experience with any internet service provider, but I face them rarely and whenever I call them - their fast collaboration makes me happy.response / report this review
