Nice place for men saloon & women beauty parlour. Best in the town. Reasonable price according to the service and environment. But you will find expensive if you compare with other local shop. Overall, excellent.

It was the first time for me! Quite spacious facility! I took my son,5yr kid for haircut! He was taken care off by well trained professional! Reception service could be better, though they are okay, yet more room for improvement! Wish them all the best! Of course, visiting again!

Fantastic experience. Its too spacious. A bunch of well-trained & well-manarred beauticians are ready to serve you towards your utmost satisfaction. Prices are also favorable. When I went there for the first time, I liked it. Good value for money.

A good hair salon in Chattogram. They have child section along with the Men's facilities. It could have been a five star if they had a cleaner and spacious child section and if were more strict in following hygiene practices.

Great service, reasonable pricing. The hair dressers are knowledgeable and skilled. I wish we had a training program or formal apprenticeship programs. It's about time we formally acknowledge these craftsmanship. A more structured approach towards this could be the first step.

- Did rebonding from here
- The most painful hair treatment in my history of hair care. Felt like I was being scalped as they were ironing my hair flat
- Two women on either side of my head with the flat irons, boy the inhumanity. They were pulling my hair like there was no tomorrow.
- Told them repeatedly to be gentle, like hi, living creature on the seat here? , but they just chuckled and continued the same harsh treatment
- And that flat iron. Mama’s got ptsd with hair irons now. Or any irons for that matter. Like in my 11 years of rebonding experience, from around the world, not once have I felt the fear of burning my skin, because they always used protective ear coverings, but in here I felt like my ears and the skin on the nape of my neck could be fried any second.
- Now I know how each step of rebonding is crucial but that excessive amount of pulling, not only had me teary eyed and recite some holy verses and almost take out the crucifix and be like “to hell with ya demon gals” had me to the point I was like “ok stop, you gotta stop, this hurts, mamas gonna bounce outta here”. Like Idk I told them in Bangla, in English they failed to comprehend. Because despite the 3-4 times Ive told them to stop and lemme go, I felt like Im bound to this torture chair until Im done
with this ritual. Cult. Whatever
- So anyway, there I was strapped to this chair, enjoying a good Idk 3 hours of hair yanking sessh. Yeah so laugh at me all you want but lemme tell u if I had to subjugate my worst nemesis to the misery of my desire, Id send this fella here . Like dear God “Let everyone I hate have a sitting at this salon for a sessh of “rebonding”. Amen

On the good side, hmm, there IS a good side to this place, I mean IDK ive forgotten any good in the world after that rebonding session, i mean i feel like all the good memories have been “yanked” from me, so yeah um on the bright less excruciating side, it was a decent place. Good job on the rebonding. Gave me lunch. I might actually give this place and the job done a modest rating if it werent for this headache of considerable pain due to i dont know but feels like something to do with my HAIR BEING PULLED.

Epilogue: I was crying, with tears, before I mustered the courage to write this ☺️

Very bad customer service. They used to be great but recently I noticed they are treating their customers like really badly. Just asked the barber a simple question he started yelling at me, very rude. They should know how to treat customers like guests otherwise they will lose their customers as well as reputation like they lost one.
