Today I went at your hotel but I couldn`t get access. Security guard from ground floor told me that if I want to check in then I have to go through a via/media.
I was totally confused. Are those security guards maintaining your hotel? or should I pay them to access for check in or other issues?response / report this review -

A newly launched 5 star standard hotel in Agrabad, Chittagong. This is a chain hotel of Best Western. A 20 storied building that comprises more than 80 rooms. And all facilities of five star standard hotels are available.
