  It is an all service apartment building hotel. So you will get the stay here, nothing more. Cheap and expensive options available. If you want cheap accommodation, you will get it here, but the apartments will be accordingly cheap looking and not clean.
  
  And if you pay more and book from the Dhaka office, you will most probably get a big luxurious apartment.
  
  So good and bad both depends on what you want.
  
  Location wise it is great. Right at the middle of tourist area, on the main road, walking distance from the beach, lots of restaurant, ticket counters, shutki shops, and small local markets around.

  Average place for holiday apartment rentals. But be careful some people here may charge you high prices if don't have past experience.
