Late Mrs. Rahima Kahtun who was wife of Late Mr. Samshul Alam (the owner of Alam Nagar Dockyard) gave this small piece of land for the mosque as charity. The masjid was established during mid 1980s era as a tinted roof. Now it is built as 4 storied mosque. Still top 2 floors need to be constructed for Madrasah prupose.
