  They provide misinformation to passengers. I bought a ticket for my brother for konabari. But they sold me a ticket of another route 🤬 later when i told them, without accepting their mistake they just said it can not be true 😑😐

  I travelled from Dhaka to Rajshahi. They put my luggage in the trunk and gave me a coupon for it. And they lost it. Didn't compensate . That's the end of it. .. worst travel experience

  Murkho( uneducated) shobaike ghosh diye chakri deya hoise akjon o passenger er shate kivhabe kotha bolte hoi janenah !
