  This is the school which compel me to live at Dhorengartek Bazar near the school because this is one of the better schools to me that I can afford for my children but the road condition is too bad for any vehicle to come to this school! This school is only 1.5 km far from Sector 10, Uttara. Akij Foundation School & College has been founded by Akij Group of Industries on 1 Jan 2010 and has been renown within very short time. It has playgroup to XII classes. The curriculum of this school is National curriculum in English version for the class I to class X and National curriculum in both Bangla and English for the class XI to class XII.
  It has Computer Lab, Science Lab, Library, Audio-visual facilities, Canteen for breakfast & lunch, Indoor games room, Outdoor sports equipment, Transport facilities and A field with playground. An open space is most important to me in a school. Most of the school in Dhaka city has no open space!
  Beside the facilities its Educational Environment is also good. Teacher to student ratio 1:20, Compulsory ICT, library and sports classes, Development sessions, Annual sports, functions, picnics and study tours, Extracurricular activities (ECA) and After School Programme (ASP)
  Though this school is not 100% satisfactory to me it is better than others in terms of so many aspects that is why I would recommend this school to others who are seeking a better education within affordable cost. It has also a charity school programme for the street children in the evening plus it mobile school in a Bus to serve the street children of several area which is a great example of the corporate social responsibility of Akij Group of Industries.

  It is the best school. Teachers are very good & environment is truly nice. Management system is also strict & organized. Hope that, this school will be the topmost school in Bangladesh soon.
